Adam is a licensed professional clinical counselor, whose work with clients is guided by each client’s strengths, resilience, and values. Putting in the work of therapy can be challenging and scary, especially in the process of trying to
understand where you may be stuck in life, experiencing of intrusive thoughts, feelings of possible guilt of past actions, or living in shame. Adam strives to provide a safe, encouraging, and nonjudgmental environment to create a place/space for clients to hopefully feel at ease, supported, and empowered. His approach to the therapeutic process is done in an eclectic means to fit client needs: Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavior (DBT), Emotionally Focused, Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic, Rational Emotive Behavior (REBT), Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), and Strength-Based. Adam utilizes a collaborative approach with clients, working together to focus on targeting what is experienced as obstacles, troubles, and stressors, to plan a
treatment centered to each client’s need(s). It is your journey of healing, empowerment, and Adam’s role as your therapist is to help guide you, and bring out what is needed to do the work.
