Emma Schneider
MS, LPCC
Emma is a licensed professional clinical counselor who provides therapy to adolescents and adults. She sees her clients as intelligent and capable individuals, and she values the importance of the therapeutic relationship. Emma's approach is influenced by acceptance and commitment, internal family systems, dialectical behavioral therapies, somatic and mindfulness techniques, and trauma-focused interventions. When possible, she utilizes nature-based practices to foster healing connections in everyday spaces and environments. Emma strives to create a validating space for all identities and life backgrounds. Specialty areas include: life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma and intergenerational dynamics. She sees clients at our Plymouth office or via telehealth.
