Ms. Schneider is a prelicensed professional clinical counselor who provides therapy to adolescents and adults. Ms. Schneider's approach is influenced by acceptance and commitment, internal family systems, dialectical behavioral therapies, somatic and mindfulness techniques, and trauma-focused interventions. When possible, she utilizes nature-based practices to foster healing connections in everyday spaces and environments.
