Psychology Consultation Specialists (PCS) is a private practice serving the Twin Cities area that provides therapy and assessment services to all ages.
PCS offers supervision for an LPCC or LMFT license track-eligible clinician to provide outpatient psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Potential candidates must be able to see a range of individuals with varying mental health concerns and collaborate well with others.
Job Duties
Job duties include but are not limited to:

Ability to provide clinical services to a wide variety of populations (i.e. ages, populations, diagnoses, etc) under clinical supervision

Provide clinic services including conducting diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, referrals when necessary, and discharge planning for client within the clinic

Compliance with clinic documentation standards

Attend and participate in individual supervision
Requirements:

Master's degree in psychology, clinical counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a similar field from a regionally accredited academic program

License eligible in Minnesota, a declared licensure track with active pursuit of licensure attainment

Flexibility to meet when patients are available to meet (potential for some evening hours)

Ability to work independently

Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

Ability to set appropriate boundaries and limits for best practice

Maintain professionalism in all interactions with staff and clients of the clinic

Compliance with licensing requirements of your associated board
