We are excited to announce that, on March 1, 2024, we are switching to a new electronic medical record (EMR) platform that will offer you more features, and convenience. The new platform is designed to improve your health care experience and outcomes. 

 

As part of this transition, you will receive an invitation to sign up for the new patient portal (MYIO). The invitation will be sent to your mobile number on file within the next few days. Please follow the instructions to create your account and verify your identity.

Important information about MYIO:

 

MYIO is your all-in-one patient portal! With MYIO, you have one easy platform for all interactions with our practice. Through the MYIO app or browser, you can:

1. Securely communicate with your care team

2. Join telehealth appointments

3. View and pay your account balance 

4. Complete ongoing mental health assessments 

5. Update your personal and insurance information

6. Receive monthly statements and pay bills online

   1. NOTE: Statements will no longer be sent in the mail, but will be electronically sent through the secure patient portal.

   2. If someone else is responsible for payingyour bills, please let them know about how to access the statements

7. AND MUCH MORE!

 

If you haven’t met with your provider yet, MYIO will help you onboard with your provider and prepare you for your first session. We’ll make it easy for you to get all the information you need to start your provider relationship online, so you don’t have to fill out paperwork in the office when you begin.
