Dear Valued Client,

Our goal as a practice has always been to provide the highest quality of care. That was what guided our decision to transition to a new electronic health record (EHR) platform that promised enhanced features and convenience.


Regrettably, less than one month into using our new platform, we have learned –through your input and feedback from our providers —that instead of improving our workflow and communication through the patient portal, telehealth, and mobile app, the new platform was less user-friendly than our previous system.


After much deliberation, we have made the decision to return to Insync, our previous EHR.


Your trust in our services is a top priority. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disruption to your experience with us over the last month. What does this mean for you?

If you already have an active patient portal in Insync, you do not need to do anything. Appointment reminders and telehealth links will be sent in the same format as it was in February.

If you became a new patient after we made the switch to Valant, you will get an email to set up a patient portal for Insync. We value your patience and understanding as we continue to improve our services to better serve you. If there is anything specific we can do to assist you during this time, please do not hesitate to reach out.
