Administrative Professional: Mental Health Practice Manager
The Mental Health Practice Manager assist in critical day-to-day operations, oversee new-hire training and foster collaborative relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking and organizational skills and have at least two years of experience in a similar role. They must be able to objectively evaluate the performance of others, be self-confident, organized, industrious, and able to perceive the needs of others and respond appropriately without direction.
Responsibilities include:

Train new front desk staff (i.e., scheduling, welcoming clients, collecting payments, answering phones, supporting providers, etc.)

Provide back-up to front desk staff, when needed

Recruiting new administrative staff and clinical providers

Oversee protocol implementation and maintenance
-
Coordinate and lead training for onboarding procedures.
Requirements:
-
2 years’ experience as an administrator or project manager in a mental health, dental, or medical practice or other clinical setting.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail

Exemplary interpersonal skills; ability to provide high-grade customer service

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional and polished presence with ability to exercise sound judgment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel), electronic medical record software

Bachelor’s Degree required; preference given to those with a degree in health care administration, human resources, business, or related field
